When I found this place, I booked it every time I came to Shanghai and recommended it to my friends. I came to check in today. The front desk lady said that I could check in after 2 p.m. or charge half a day's room charge before that. What's annoying is the attitude of the front desk at that time, There are only two choices. Finally, when I was angry, I said to find the manager to solve it. I also said how I am a customer. I don't have excessive requirements. I don't have the idea that the customer is God. I'm just a consumer and protect my rights and interests. Do you belong to invisible consumption? If the problem is not solved, the open mouth and closed mouth regulations annoy people. When solving the problem, ha ha, the first check-in is so annoying. The previous little brother at the front desk has a very good attitude. The front desk of the hotel is directly facing customers, which directly affects the feeling of the Hotel. Kindly remind other consumers that if you check in after 2 p.m., you can choose. After all, the environment is good, the cost performance is high, and it is suitable for a family to travel. If you check in before 2 p.m., you need to consider whether you are willing to add room charge for half a day.
