The front desk is above the business building. We arrived at 3 p.m. and there was no one at the front desk! It made our family wait downstairs! I booked a room for three people for three nights. I went back to my room for a nap at noon. Unexpectedly, I saw someone repairing the door lock. We didn't get through the ditch with us in advance. As a result, our old and small had to sit and wait until they finished repairing it before closing the door and going to bed! This hotel is the only failure of this trip to Beijing, very poor experience!!!
